All vehicles are subject to a physical vehicle inspection. Customers remain solely responsible for any negative equity, financing, and liens remaining on vehicles sold to the dealership. Other restrictions apply.
Communications Consent. I further authorize Servco to contact me by telephone, text message, or e-mail at any telephone number or e-mail address I provide, including through the use of an automatic telephone-dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, or automated e-mail technology, for follow-up related to my inquiry, any vehicle purchase, financing options, or related customer service. I understand that message frequency may vary and that message and data rates may apply. My consent to receive these communications is not a condition of purchase or credit, and I may revoke this consent at any time by notifying Servco or by replying “STOP” to any text message. For e-mails, I may unsubscribe using the link provided in each message.
Any vehicle value provided through the ClearCar valuation tool operated in part by ACV Auctions Inc. (the “Tool”) is an estimate based on information you submit and available market data, and is for informational purposes only and not an offer, guarantee, or commitment by Servco Buying Center (“Servco”) to purchase any vehicle. Submission of information through the Tool does not obligate Servco to proceed with a transaction, and Servco may decline any vehicle as permitted by law.
Any final value is contingent on Servco’s in-person inspection and verification of the vehicle, including condition, mileage, title status, ownership, lien status, prior damage, modifications, market conditions, and other relevant factors, and may be revised or withdrawn based on such findings.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted through the Tool, and inaccuracies, omissions, or discrepancies may affect the estimate or result in no offer.
The Tool relies in part on third-party data and services, and Servco does not control, verify, or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of such data or services.
Values generated through the Tool may change prior to inspection based on updated information, market conditions, or other relevant factors.
Information you provide through the Tool may be shared with Servco affiliates and service providers to process your request and related services, in accordance with Servco’s Privacy Policy at https://www.servco.com/privacy-policy/
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Servco disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Tool or reliance on any estimate. Servco may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Tool constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms.
